These Terms of Service govern your use of happyhamsterguide.com and purchases from Happy Hamster Guide, operated by Happy Hamster LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We sell digital educational content, including hamster-care ebooks and related downloadable resources. Product descriptions, pricing, file format, and delivery information are shown on the applicable product page.

Our hamster-care content is provided for general educational purposes. It is not veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice. If an animal is injured, ill, or showing concerning symptoms, contact a qualified veterinarian.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

4. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Digital products are generally delivered electronically after a successful purchase. You are responsible for providing a working email address and maintaining access to a compatible device and software needed to open the file.
